How does the bird identification work?

When a bird lands, the camera captures it and the companion app identifies the species from more than 11,000 birds, then sends you a notification with the photo or clip.

Can I see birds at night?

Yes. The camera has full-color night vision, so you can watch visitors at dawn, dusk, and after dark.

Do I ever need to charge it?

The solar panel keeps the 5000mAh battery topped up in normal daylight. A USB cable is included as a backup for long stretches of cloudy weather.

How are clips stored?

Clips can be saved to the cloud through the app or to a microSD card in the camera.

Will it work in rain, snow, and heat?

Yes. The feeder is weatherproof and works from -20°C to 65°C, so it is built for year-round outdoor use.

What do I need to set it up?

A smartphone and a 2.4GHz WiFi network that reaches your feeder location.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 business days.

Can I return my order?

All sales are final. If your feeder arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at this time. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
